UCLA was at the end of a major fund raising campaign and planning to hold a dinner celebration to learn about the progress of the campaign and how the fund is going to be used towards. They need an email template to inform the constituents about the date and location of which the dinner will be held. Together with the marketing department within the External Affairs, I took the lead on designing email templates in Salesforce so they can use it to send RSVP, Save the Date and Confirmation emails.
